Food Pairing: Serve with grilled or roasted meats; beef, pork and lamb. Also works well with tagines and Italian food

Vineyard: Our reds are scattered in small plots all over the farm, mostly on the steeper slopes where they get more sun and have to really dig down for moisture, which is where the more interesting minerals lie. Because the plots are so small and individual, we can manage to harvest and process the grapes when they are perfectly ripe.
Winemaking & Ageing: Selected, handpicked grapes reach the winery in boxes of 20 kg. All grapes are de-stemmed and crushed before being carefully transported via conveyor belt into stone vats, where they ferment for twelve days with the traditional method of foot treading. Aged in French oak casks for 12 months.
